Yes! We source all batteries directly from authorized distributors. Every battery comes with the original manufacturer warranty card and GST invoice.
We deliver within 1-3 business days in metro cities and 3-5 business days in other areas. Same-day delivery is available in select cities for orders placed before 2 PM.
Yes! For inverter, UPS, and car batteries, we provide free doorstep installation by trained technicians. Installation is done at the time of delivery.
When you order a new battery, our delivery person will pick up your old battery and apply the exchange value as a discount. The exchange amount depends on the condition, brand, and capacity of your old battery.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (through Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD, please keep the exact amount ready.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Used batteries with removed warranty seals cannot be returned.
Contact us with your order number and warranty card details. We will coordinate with the manufacturer and arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as per the warranty terms.
