2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee product availability. We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹500. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Returns are not accepted for used batteries or batteries with removed warranty seals.

6. Warranty

All batteries sold carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Warranty claims must be raised directly with the manufacturer or through our customer support team. We will assist you throughout the warranty process.

7. Old Battery Exchange

We offer old battery exchange on select products. The exchange value depends on the condition, brand, and capacity of your old battery. The delivery technician will inspect the old battery at the time of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Battery Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product.
